Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused and unwashed

Be free of dirt, hair, debris, or signs of wear

Be in original condition
Because our products are used with horses, we cannot accept items that have been worn, soiled, or show signs of use.
Exchanges for Fit
If the fit is not correct for your horse, we are happy to offer an exchange.

Once we receive your request, we will provide instructions for returning the original item.
Items must meet the unused condition requirements listed above.
Return Shipping
We will send you a return shipping label.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
