Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Happy Hocks does not store full credit card details.

Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.

Happy Hocks is not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, or incorrect shipping information provided by customers.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.
